You will receive a shipping quote once you fill out your shipping information during the checkout process before payment information is required. If your selected shipping method is not available in your area, you will be notified in order to resolve this before your order is shipped.
Shipping Address Authorization
If you are making a payment by credit card and shipping to an address that is different from the billing address, we kindly request you call the customer service number on the back of the card to authorize the shipping address. This helps protect against fraudulent credit card use. Failure to take this step will lead to processing delays.
Shipping on Warranty Parts

All products purchased through a preorder are subject to a 10% cancellation fee if canceled prior to shipping.
Once tracking information is sent, preorder products are subject to the regular return policy.
Any preorder product that is refused by the customer will be considered fulfilled, and a 20% restocking fee will be applicable.
You can return most* merchandise for credit or refund within thirty (30) days of item delivery. Items may not be returned after thirty (30) days past their delivery date.
3D Printers, 3D Scanners, Curing Stations, Multi-Material Filament Systems, Filament Dryers, Fume Extractors, Vacuum Formers, CNC Machines, and Laser Printers and Engravers may be returned up to ten (10) business days from the date the customer receives it from the shipping company, subject to a 20% restocking fee. These may not be returned after ten (10) days past their delivery date.
Extended warranties cannot be returned.
The software cannot be returned, even if unopened.
Opened 3D printer filament and resin cannot be returned.
Opened fire suppression systems cannot be returned.
Wazer products cannot be returned. Please refer to the manufacturer site for the latest shipping, warranty, and return information for Wazer products.
All returns require a return authorization (“RMA”) issued in advance by Ultimate 3D Printing Store. Any shipment received without an RMA could be shipped back at the sender’s expense. The RMA number should be added to the outside of the return package, and a copy of the Support Ticket should be included inside of the package. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for any and all shipping costs relating to a return.
All non-defective items returned for a refund are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, and all shipping fees associated with the return of a non-defective item are the responsibility of the customer.
Items demonstrating a defect within thirty (30) days of delivery can be returned for full credit or refund of the purchase price, without any restocking fee. In those cases, Ultimate 3D Printing Store will issue a prepaid return shipping label (the continental US returns only). Please note that items can be deemed defective only by the Ultimate 3D Printing Store technical support team, or by the original manufacturer of the product.
If a return shipping label is provided, the address included will be the original location the item was shipped to.
Items returned as “defective”, which are found to be not defective, will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Initial shipping charges are not refundable.
Returns must include all original equipment, accessories, manuals, cables, and documents; any missing accessory will be replaced at a fee. Printers, Laser Cutters, 3D Scanners, and CNC Machines that have been modified, damaged due to misuse or neglect, or have otherwise been subject to actions or conditions which would void the manufacturer’s warranty are not eligible for return.
Most manufacturers require that the printer be shipped in its original packaging for any warranty service; this is especially true for 3D printers, which have packaging designed specifically for safe shipping. We strongly advise customers to retain the original packaging for the duration of their printer’s warranty period.
Returns of close-out and demo items are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. All returns must be completed within five (5) days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
