We are proud to inform you that we offer worldwide standard shipping for FREE. However, we currently do not offer expedited shipping because we prefer to avoid high import taxes they charge to our customers.

If your order does not arrive to you or gets lost in transit, we can certainly issue a full refund for your purchase, resend the item to you, or issue you store credit.
If we are contacted within 12 hours of your order, we can provide a full refund! Unfortunately we are currently not offering returns or exchanges unless there are defect(s) in the product(s) and it is brought to our attention within no later than a week! So make sure you are ordering the correct item, and color. We are working hard to provide refunds in the future. We will also issue refunds on items damaged in transit, ONLY if we are unable to replace that item. We will require a photo of the damaged item. We will not issue refunds for items confiscated by your local Customs.
