Wondering how to be successful, charming, or popular? The best qualities in a person will vary, based on the person assessing or being assessed, but there’s no denying there are certain qualities to look for in a person that are common across the board. Most people would agree that the best traits of a person include being trustworthy, loyal, and honest, but what else constitutes the best quality traits in a person?

Be punctual

Well-mannered people are never late for their meetings or appointments. They understand that even if they are late unintentionally, it would still be an act of disrespect to those who are on time.

Good conversational manners

A good conversationalist never interrupts the conversation casually. Always listen first, and refute or complement with your own ideas later.

Amiable attitude

A person with an amiable attitude always looks at a person’s eyes and keeps focus during a conversation. They would not show an indifferent attitude by doing other things to distract the conversation, such as reading.

Impartial tone

Avoid speaking loudly. Speaking in a calm manner often achieves goals. Speaking loudly, on the contrary, may disturb others and even make people uncomfortable.

Good conversational skills

Respect other people’s views and opinions ,even if you do not agree with them. Never accuse other people of talking nonsense. Simply state your own opinion, analyze things, and clarify the reasons.

Avoid being arrogant

During the interaction, never emphasize your special side, nor intentionally show your sense of superiority.
