Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you receive an order damaged or packaged incorrectly you may be qualified for a new item. To be qualified for a new item free of charge you must ship us the damaged product. You will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
