How soon do we ship orders?

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s) may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.


How long does shipment take?

All orders leave our facility within 1-4 business days. At checkout, choose the shipment method of your choice.


US Orders:

1. USPS First class mail (2-5 business days) - *This option will only appear if your order weighs under one pound.

2. USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days)

3. USPS Express mail (Guaranteed in 2 business days, 1 business day in most cases)


International and Canadian Orders:

1. USPS First class mail (14-30 business days) *This option will only appear if your order weighs under four pounds.

2. USPS Priority mail (6-21 business days)

3. USPS Express Mail (5-10 business days)

*All international packages may be processed through customs regulations which may cause a slight delay with processing times.


How do I track my order?

An email will be sent containing a tracking number. Log into USPS.com where you will enter your tracking number and  retrieve tracking details.


My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?

Confirm on your invoice receipt the items you paid for.  If your email displays you’re Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper (USPS.com) to confirm that your packages were delivered. Click the USPS.com link on our site to track your order status. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.





An item is missing from my shipment, what should I do?

With your package tracking numbers, check with the shipper (USPS.com) to confirm that all your packages were delivered. Click the USPS.com link our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have been shipped already. If your packages each show a status of "delivered" and what you received is incomplete, please contact customer service for assistance.






Return Policy


Returned items must meet the following requirements:

1. Item(s) must be returned within 14 business days of receipt of receiving your order.


2. Item(s) must be in original packaging, unworn condition, free of make-up stains and free of odor.


3. Item(s) must be accompanied with a return form, filled and signed.


4. Non-returnable items include: (refunds/exchanges/store credit not accepted): Formal gowns, sale items, accessories, and undergarments including lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits and gift items.


5. Shoes must be repacked in their shoe box(s) and placed in a protective box. If your return is sent to us without the same shielding cardboard box issued earlier, we will not be able to accept the return. 


6. Customers are responsible for shipping fees to send the return back to Steven Wick  


7. Customers are responsible for re-shipping costs for exchanges. Fill out credit card information in the form.


8. Shipping and handling fees for returns are not refundable.


9. Store Credit is valid only at www.StevenWick.company.


10. We reserve the right to refuse any return that show any signs of wear.


11. You must return your order along with a return form. Please visit our site and print out a return form.


What is the return processing time?

Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. If you have requested a refund, please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 2-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
